While at Twin Lakes during the last week of the trip, we camped near Bud's Cabin, built in the late 1950's before the area was declared a National Park.  The exterior was in fairly good shape, but because the cabin was built on a bar within a braided river, the interior had been flooded several times, as well as visited by bears.  The NPS plans to move the cabin to higher ground.
