Kate Giles joined the Nautilus Geoscience Training Alliance on a field excursion to the Flinders Range, South Australia. The trip was led by Ian Dyson and Mark Rowan and focused on salt-sediment interaction of Neoproterozoic sediments and diapirs in the Adelaide Geosyncline. Others attending the trip were:
